  • You will be BILLED for your first box as soon as you check out, then on that same date for each month that follows (If you purchase your 1st box on the 5th, you will be billed the 5th of every month until you cancel)

  • Boxes will SHIP to you within 3-5 days of successful billing during each month​​

  • Order by the 25th of the month to be included in that months' box (if you want July's box, order by the 25th of July, then hope it's still available, procrastinator!) Did you miss it? See cancellation details down below. If we have reached our max subscribers for the month, you may need to wait!​​


  • If you'd like to try out a box before committing to subscription, consider our one-time box! These boxes are $5 more to cover shipping costs, but items are the same as what is in the subscription boxes going out that month! 


  • You will receive email reminders that your account will be charged 5-7 days prior to billing. Please cancel prior to that date to avoid charges! If you cancel after your billing date, you will receive the next box, but it will be the last one


  • Notify us at least two weeks prior to your renewal date with a new address so we can update your box!


  • We hope you will love everything you get, but if you don't, we encourage you to gift these items to colleagues or contribute any snacks you don't like to your call room! We do not offer refunds. If items are significantly damaged, please send photos to to discuss an exchange within 24 hours of receipt.


  • We appreciate your contributions! Our goal is to get a few extra boxes out each month! Contributions are non-refundable. We disclose as much as you would like to the recipient and on social media, but otherwise keep your information private. Fund a box here!
