  • The NAMI Helpline: contact between 10am-10pm EST 800-950-6264 or text SCRUBS to 741741 ANYTIME

  • The Physician Support Line Support line run by volunteer psychiatrists to help physicians, trainees & med students 888-409-0141 This is free & anonymous! @PhysicianLine

  • SAFEUT/Frontline Workers This is a service available to Utah frontline workers-be connected with help immediately, 24/7. More states are creating resources like this!

  • The Battle Within offers Frontline Therapy Network to healthcare professionals and veterans

  • Peptoc Hotline: call this line to hear uplifting recorded messages from kindergarteners! 707-998-8410

  • Emotional PPE Project: connecting healthcare workers with licensed mental health professionals at no cost
