Federation of State Physician Health Programs - Every state has one. Please help advocate to get questions regarding an individuals' history of mental health treatment OFF of the licensure questionnaire. Fear of past treatment coming up on license applications can prevent our med students, residents & physicians from seeking help. Many states have also passed laws about getting help outside of your network to reduce the stigma & fear of being treated by their colleagues!
